- Help with a server
- Tell us the server's name and what its page says. Writing from your account's address lets us look straight away.
- Billing
- Most changes are quickest from the billing page. For anything else, write with the email on the invoice.
- Report a challenge
- Send the challenge's library address and what is wrong with it.
- Security
- If you found a vulnerability, put "Security" in the subject and give us a chance to fix it before you publish anything.
